Don't get your hopes up
For those of you who actually see and read these last two posts, don't get your hopes up, this does not make me a blogger and I probably won't blog again for a while, I just felt like not focusing on what I'm supposed to be focusing on. :) Bad Mary!

Ruby Valley Open House
Well, the time has flown by and here we are just a few days away from the open house. After the second call from someone needing directions I thought I would add another direction thing on here for the Ruby Valley open house.
Coming from Salt Lake -
Take I-80 W until you get to Wells, Nevada.
Exit 352A for US-93
Turn Left on 93 (go for 28.2 miles according to google maps)
Turn Right on NV-229
You'll follow that road for a while until you come to a stop sign (the stop sign is where the road becomes parallel with the mountains instead of perpendicular to them). About 5 miles after that you'll see a big red barn on the left side of the road across from a big white house, that's the place. Find a parking spot and you're there.
Coming from Elko -
Head East on I-80
Take exit 321 Right for NV-229 toward Halleck/Ruby Valley
Continue on this road until you see the big red barn on the left and the big white house on the right. It's about 35 miles from the turn off to the house. Find a parking spot and come enjoy some grub.
Hope to see as many of you as possible! Sooner or later I'll get around to posting about the wedding and honeymoon - we just gotta finish getting everything ready for this open house.

Wedding update
Well, things are really starting to come together and the time keeps creeping closer and closer. Wedding gifts are even starting to arrive! Sam and I discovered something we appreciate..., the gifts we've received have come in the mail and it's really nice not to have to worry about how on earth we are going to get our gifts back to Ruby Valley from Dallas. So if any of you out there are planning on getting us gifts, and have to pay for shipping anyway, it is totally okay with us if you want to just send the gifts to Ruby Valley.
Thank you everyone for all of your love and support, we really appreciate it!

Isn’t it gorgeous?!

Pampered Chef Registry
A few weeks ago I signed up for a Pampered Chef registry at a bridal fair that I went to. I finally got that registry information in my e-mail. They put all the "basics" on there, I have not even looked at it, but I thought I would put it on here. Thanks everyone!

Registry
No one ever warns you what a seriously big job it is to register somewhere! Especially when you have to take in to consideration people living in a couple of different states and what stores are easily available in each. With all of this in mind the following stores are where we have attempted to register (with much difficulty). These are almost laughable attempts at registries, but we add more every day and when the day comes (May 10th) that we go to Utah again, these will (hopefully) have a lot more added to them.
Note - all registries can be found by searching for Sam Neff or Mary Clines with our wedding being June 14.
K-Mart - Registry #900003365567010101
This is a VERY incomplete list because the K-Mart in Elko doesn't have a registry gun/kiosk so we didn't really enjoy trying to add stuff with our very slow internet connection.
Bed Bath and Beyond - Registry #4304285
This is a work in progress. We added some things while we were in Utah at the store and we add more online when we can. When we go to Utah again we will be adding more.
Dillard's - Registry #122744303
This is also a work in progress. We realize that this is frustrating but we happen to know the feeling. We haven't even been in a Dillard's store for any of this process.
For Elko/Ruby Valley residents - we are registered at Cucina Fresca on Idaho St.
Unfortunately Ikea doesn't have a registry, but we love that store.
Mostly what we need and aren't too particular about are home basics. I'll post again with a list of stuff we found in the Elko K-Mart that we couldn't put on the registry because the items weren't listed online.
Thanks for loving us in spite of our registry woes.

We're Engaged!
So, it finally happened, we got engaged. On Easter morning Sam took me up the mill and popped the question. We will be sealed for time and eternity on June 14, 2008 in the Dallas LDS Temple. Eventually we'll get around to posting our own versions of what all happened, but for now, at least we have gotten this far.
